Shaking Machine

  • When the material strip is extruded from the extruder, it will carry a large amount of moisture after being cooled in the water tank. When passing through the shaking machine, most of the water will be shaken off, thereby reducing the amount of water entering the granulator. Pairing with our store’s air dryer (water blower) yields better results.
  • Significantly reduce the moisture carried by the material strip, thereby reducing corrosion and damage to the granulator, and lowering the cost of later use. At the same time, it can also reduce the moisture carried by the processed particles and reduce the workload of drying and air drying.

Description

The ANG series shaking machine (also known as vibration dewatering machine, material drying machine) is a key auxiliary equipment in plastic granulation production lines. It is mainly used to remove surface moisture from plastic material strips after water cooling or soaking, ensuring that the material strips entering the granulator are dry and adhesive free, and improving the quality and efficiency of granulation.
