Blade maintenance and upkeep

• Regular polishing: After blade passivation, it needs to be repaired with a dedicated sharpening machine.
• Check balance: Avoid blade wear that may cause machine vibration.
• Rust prevention treatment: Stainless steel blades can be coated with rust prevention oil, but attention should be paid to humid environments.
• Replacement standard: When the blade wear exceeds 2-3mm, it is recommended to replace it.
