Shredder blade

The main types of shredder blades:

  • Single axis shredder blade
Structure: Installed on a single axis, cutting materials through the combination of a rotating blade and a fixed blade.
Features: Suitable for soft materials such as plastic, rubber, wood, etc.
    Common blade types:
Flat knife (universal type, suitable for medium and low hardness materials)
Claw knife (with hook shaped structure, suitable for film and fiber materials)
  • Double axis shredder blade
Structure: The two axes rotate relative to each other, and the material is cut through the interlocking teeth of the blade.
Features: Suitable for hard materials such as metals, tires, and large pieces of waste.
  • Four axis shredder blade
Structure: Four axis linkage, suitable for ultra hard or large volume materials (such as car shells, industrial waste).
Features: finer particle size and stronger processing capacity.
